Being an online only brand can sometimes be limiting especially when you are selling retail products. Your prospective customers have to wait for their order to try it on and see if its what they imagined it to be.
The Tee Shop allowed the customers to try the tees before making a purchase which gave us the opportunity to inject our brand personality within the shopping experience. Every detail from the room's aroma, the beverages, the music playlist, furniture/decor, and the customer service was well thought out to reflect the brand. We wanted the shopping experience to be casual just like hanging out with your friends so that it felt fun and enjoyable.
